| This fun and popular class is conducted in small groups of no more than 7 participants and on your own personal reformer, these one-hour classes provide a more cardio vascular element to your Pilates workout.
With instructor demonstration as well as hands on supervision, the class is continuously moving and the easy to follow routines exercise your entire body from head to toe.
Allegro is designed to help improve muscle endurance and toning, stamina, circulation and fluidity of movement.
The class is fun and with the benefits of "group dynamics", this encourages you to work just that little bit harder!

If you would like to commence Allegro Pilates.
You can join our "Intro" classes. These are small groups - no more than 7 participants of those new to Pilates. In the Intro classes you will go through the movement principles of Pilates including breath control, flow, precision of movement and the foundations of core stability. Foundation classes are run for 6 consecutive weeks. Please note: If you are recovering from an injury or are in pain you can still enjoy the benefits of the group classes. It is important however that you start with Private or Studio group sessions first. These sessions will prepare you mentally and physically and will enable you to participate safely in the group classes.
